The branch at nyari needs a lot of supervision. Unnecessary clog of cars is caused by the attendants not directing drivers properly to pumps . You will find one car taking the space of both pumps thus delay to customers and frustration of waiting. Today was served and paid by mpesa when I asked the attendant to check payment by name mohamed he told me the phone was far . Imagine if I had a payment done before and all I did was to edit details. You need a supervisor on ground to deal with such issues for the betterment to your service.
